Here at GBData we aim to offer a simple to understand and operate pricing scheme.  We do not have lots of versions of our pricing schemes, we simply charge for the amount of data you store on our servers.  As the data is compressed, this is often a lot more than the original size.

• No extra charges for backing up more than one pc
• No extra charges for backing up file or other servers
• We charge only for the size of the compressed data stored on the server, much better value than being based upon the size of the original uncompressed data!
• No extra charges for Microsoft Exchange or SQL
• No set up fees
• Free 122 page colour printed and bound backup software operation manual
• No minimum contract, just monthly payments.

Free!! If at the end of the 30 day trial, you don’t sign up for a paid service, you may continue to use the service, with a reduced data size of 500meg for as long as you wish.  It is not every day you get something for nothing, we are proud of the quality of our service, try it and find out why.**

Please note you will receive a monthly VAT invoice by email.

All prices are quoted monthly in pounds sterling (£) exclusive of VAT, which will be added you the invoice at the prevailing rate upon date of invoice.

*Microsoft Exchange to individual email level Backup of exchange is included in our service, if however you wish to be able to restore an individual email or calendar entry as opposed to the restoration of the entire exchange folder, then we have an additional level of service.  This service costs an additional 50p per user/email account, per month in addition to your monthly backup charge.

Dedicated Service

Interested in remote backup, but need a more exclusive setup?  We can offer you a dedicated server (minimum spec. 500 Gig Raid 1) located at our secured data centre, dedicated “business level” broadband line and software for as little as £250/month.  Utilising our software you can backup  multiple PC’s located at diverse locations across the globe; all they need is our software.  One or multiple PC’s at one location? Again no problem, On the PC that is running the backup software, simply map the other pc drives and start the backup! (Minimum contract period one year)

With this set up there is no need to secure a safe location, learn new software and spend valuable time installing.  We will come to your UK site and set up the service for you.
